Each report is generated from a single blood test result set ingested from a laboratory — one patient, one panel. If a patient has multiple panels processed in the same session, each panel counts as one report. Volume resets monthly.

Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading mid-cycle can be arranged by contacting support — you will only be charged the pro-rata difference.

No setup fees on Starter or Growth. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding as part of the monthly fee.

You will be notified when you approach your limit. Reports above your monthly allowance are charged at £8 per report. We recommend upgrading your plan if you regularly approach the threshold.

Yes. HaemoSync operates fully as a standalone platform. All reports can be exported or downloaded directly without any third-party practice management system.

Yes. Alderley Lighthouse Labs, Inuvi, TDL, Nationwide Pathology and Forensic Genomics Innovation Hub integrations are all included in Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. There are no additional integration fees.

Yes. Pay as you go and every subscription plan generate the same full clinician report and patient-ready report, carrying your clinic’s details.

No. Your pay-as-you-go or subscription fee covers the platform and your reports. Laboratory test costs are separate.

Yes. Connect your own lab accounts, use HaemoSync’s master accounts to see biomarker prices and benefit from pooled network volume, or use both together. The more clinics on HaemoSync, the better the underlying lab rates for everyone.

Set your nurse fee, postage and markup once and they apply across the board: patient price = lab cost + nurse fee + postage + markup. If you prefer your own prices, create your own panels, or import the ones you already use, and set the price on each. Your price replaces the calculation, and the lab cost is still shown beside it so you can see your margin over lab cost.

Not as a bulk upload. HaemoSync includes a simple price calculator rather than a full pricing engine. To price tests differently, create your own panels and set the price on each.

That is your choice. Cliniko clients can use an approval workflow, where a clinician approves each report before it is filed, or automatic approval, where reports are approved and uploaded to Cliniko automatically to simplify the workflow. Automatic approval is chosen by the clinic at its own risk and responsibility.

Pay as you go: we invoice each report as soon as the results arrive from the lab, daily, that night. Subscriptions: the monthly fee is billed in advance. On every option, laboratory fees are collected daily.

Onboarding takes about two minutes, so a clinic can be ordering tests within four minutes of signing up. Cliniko integration is included in every plan.

No. HaemoSync never sends anything to patients. Reports are delivered to your clinic, and to your Cliniko record if you use Cliniko.

Growth plan subscribers receive priority email and ticketed support with a guaranteed response within one business day. Enterprise clients receive a dedicated onboarding specialist and ongoing account support.
